What do you do when you start with nothing, and 30 plus years later you've sold over 100 million albums?! That is a position you want to be in if you are a band, and that is the position of Def Leppard.
'The Leppard' has ignored it's snobby critics, and laid down a groove that has spanned generations of hits and sold out concerts. Talk about dealing with adversity, Def Leppard has put the band on hold thru the tragic car wreck of drummer Rick Allen, and the passing of guitarist Steve Clark.

The current line-up is 20 years strong. Hard to believe during all this time, Def Leppard has never put out a live album! Well, they have now: Mirror Ball.
Def Leppard/Poison/Lita Ford play the Bridgestone, July 3rd.
I talked with singer Joe Elliott and you're not going to find a more centered lead singer around. Joe talks about the passing of his father, and the influence his Dad had on the band. What it's like for Joe to be a new Dad himself, while at the same time selling out arenas worldwide.
Joe also has his own Saturday night radio show!
