2011 marked the 30th Anniversary of Ozzy Osbourne's "Blizzard of Ozz" and "Diary of a Madman". Both landmark albums took metal in a new direction in the early 1980's, inspiring new generations of rock bands and fans. These Hard Rock masterpieces showcase Ozzy's musical collaborations with the late guitar icon Randy Rhoads.

To honor this event, 1059 The Rock, Joyride Media and Sony Legacy present the Ozzy Osbourne - Looking Back Radio Special, an hour-long look at the recording of Ozzy's first two solo albums. You'll hear the original album versions of Ozzy's early classics, plus previously unreleased live tracks and studio outakes included in the new deluxe reissues. You'll also hear interviews with Ozzy, Sharon, Zakk Wilde, Nikki Sixx, Rudy Sarzo, Bill Ward, Rob Halford and more.
 
Both "Blizzard of Ozz" and "Diary of a Madman" have been restored and remastered from the original tapes for the new Legacy editions.
