1059 The Rock in conjunction with Fantasy Records brings you a one-hour special celebrating the 40th anniversary of the release of Creedence Clearwater Revival's first LP.  From 1968-1971, and over the course of 7 albums, CCR placed 14 singles on Billboard's Top-40 chart - eight of those certified gold!  This special contains all the hits you remember, plus interviews with founder John Fogerty and surviving members Stu Cook and Doug Clifford.

In celebration of the 40th Anniversary, the legendary band’s first six albums are being reissued by Fantasy Records as six individual expanded-edition CDs. The albums — Creedence Clearwater Revival, Bayou Country, Green River, Willy & the Poor Boys, Cosmo’s Factory and Pendulum — have been remastered and contain B-sides and unreleased studio & live material.
